Step 1 - Introduction Call
We know you have a lot of options when it comes to the investing, and we want to make sure you feel comfortable with us. That's why we have an introduction call. During this call, we'll get a chance to talk about your objectives and goals and see if we can help you.

2. Define your strategy
We discuss and clarify your goals and objectives. We then help you craft an investment strategy that suits you. At this stage we provide you with examples of how these strategies can help you attain your defined goals and objectives.

3. Get your finance
If your finance is not already pre-approved, we can help you obtain financing for your investment using our preferred mortgage brokers.

4. Research
Our team will now go out on research for the properties that best fit your defined investment strategy. Our team uses a combination of analytics and good old fashioned networking and relationship management to get you in front of opportunities that are undervalued to get you the best bang-for-buck.

5. Property selection
We present a shortlist of property deals that fit your investment strategy. Each deal that we put in front of you is backed by in depth quality research. We carry out all the required checks for the property including building & pest reports, strata reports & valuations in addition to any other enhanced due diligence to protect your investment.

6. Negotiate and execute
We deal directly with the real estate agents, developers, builders or vendors to secure you the best deal possible and protect your interests first and foremost. Once the negotiation is successful and we achieve a mutually beneficial position, we help handhold the legal paperwork process including organising your conveyancing.

Once the sale is completed we help you bring it under management. This is includes helping you find a property manager, tenants and getting you across other essential service providers (insurance, maintenance, etc) from our panel. Our goal is to make your property cash flow positive from day one.
